4 Months

Our baby boy is 4 months old (soon to be 5 months old)

Dane had his 4 month check up and is doing great. 14.5 lbs, 26 in long. He did receive the round of shots again, but did really good with those.

Dane loves to be talked to and smiles a lot. He doesn't cry unles he is hungry or tired. He loves his big brothers and his face lights up when they walk in a room or talk to him. He loves his baths and playing in the jumper and exersaucer. He is such a sweetheart and we are so blessed!

Beau and Dane dressed up for trick-or-treating on Friday night. Hunter is too old?!?! He did not want to go this year. Makes me a little sad to think my big guy is getting this big.

Special Weekend

We just returned from a quick trip to Florida. Pam and John were married on Saturday. It was a beautiful ceremony and the weather was perfect. Amy and I are so glad we were able to go, even though it was a fast trip. And we are glad we could share in Pam's special day and spend time with her and our sisters.

Regional Champions!

The Patoka Junior High Baseball team won Regionals last Friday night against Rome.

They will be playing in the State Championship on Saturday, September 29th at 3:30 pm, in Coulterville, IL! Below is an article from the local radio station, WJBD.

After the game, the team celebrated at McDonald's. The bus was escorted through Patoka by firetrucks. A parade of cars followed the bus through town. Even though it was raining, the boys had a great time and it was fun sharing in the excitement!
