Trick or Treat?

Happy Halloween! I have asked and bribed the boys to put their costumes on for our annual picture, but not tonight. Unfortunately, we have all been sick, so the boys weren't able to go trick-or-treating last night in Patoka. But they did receive candy bags from grandparents and aunts and uncles, so there is NO shortage on candy!

Beau is better today and Hunter is on the way to being back to his normal self. Now Jay is sick and I'm slightly better today. Thinking we had some sort of the flu - H1N1 - who knows?!?! Just glad that we are all on the mend.

Hope everyone else stays healthy!

Happy Birthday to Jay!!!!

Today is my husband's birthday. For his birthday I have decided to let him go bow hunting as much as he wants this weekend and I won't complain...I didn't even get upset with him for not going to my family cookout/hayride tonight! Now that's a pretty sweet birthday gift for a deer hunter, don't you think?

Seriously - there will be a few presents in the morning and the boys will enjoy that!

Last Sunday, the guys headed to the woods to check on their tree stands and they put a new one up and moved an old one to a new location.
