The Jolliff Christmas

Our boys always enjoy Uncle Hap time!

I had to give up my turn holding Jacob a few times, mostly to Hunter!

Christmas morning is still very much fun at our house. I love to see the expressions on the boys' faces when they look to see if Santa made it by. The reindeer enjoyed some carrots and Santa had cookies, milk and chocolate. The boys were excited to find that Santa had left a Wii remote by their stockings. They had to search to find where he actually put the rest of the Wii. Daddy thought the basement might have been a good place to look. At first they didn't think they wanted to open the presents upstairs but decided to play one quick game of Mario and then returned upstairs for opening!

And Daddy got a phone holder so that he can listen to music while running.

We had plenty of time for opening gifts before going to church. It was extra special this year, to be in God's house on Christmas day. We are so blessed!

Christmas Eve Surprise...

Jay and I surprised the boys with some news on Christmas Eve! They each got to open an early present (t-shirts). At first Hunter thought it was wrong that Beau had a big brother shirt. He said he wasn't letting Beau wear that because he was not the big brother. But once we told them what that meant, they were excited to know they are both going to be big brothers.

After that, we went to Amy and Phil's house for our Christmas get together. We surprised Nana and Papa by telling them our news and then Amy and Phil also had news! We are due about 2 weeks apart...and no, that was not planned! I'm really excited that my sister and I get to be pregnant at the same time.

Amy is due July 7th and I'm due June 25th.

A little bird hunting...

We had a family hunting trip last Friday afternoon. Biscuit found a few quail, but no shots were fired. It was a nice afternoon for a hike through the woods.
