One Month To Go!

We are officially counting down the days until our new baby arrives.  With baseball starting and our busy work schedules, the time is sure to go by fast!

The past few weeks I have been extra thankful for this baby and our health.  I have been thinking a lot about Baby Beau's entrance into this world at only 34 weeks.

When I hit 35 weeks, I was very grateful to our Lord for allowing this baby to stay with me a little longer!  Thank you God for taking such great care of our family over the years.

Baby update:  Everything is still on target for June 25th.  I'm measuring on schedule and baby is still head down.  Doctor is planning to do an ultrasound around 37 weeks to check baby's size.  But she thinks this baby might be smaller than our big boy Hunter was!

And look at them now!  Last day of school!
Officially a 5th grader and a 3rd grader!  WOW!

Have a great Memorial weekend everyone!

A new Mother just in time for Mother's Day

Our cat had kittens the Saturday before Mother's Day.  Isn't it interesting how cats are pregnant for 2 months and we are pregnant for 9?  Here are a few pictures of the new little mother with her babies.  They are currently in the garage in a box and she is taking very good care of them.  But soon they will be out on their own!

Maternity Photo Shoot

My sister and I wanted our sister, Amanda, to take pictures of us since we are both pregnant at the same time.  We had a trial photo shoot last weekend.  Amanda is an awesome photographer!  We went down the road from our parent's house to this old house and shed to take pictures.  It was a lot of fun and the pictures turned out so neat.  Plus Amanda does a great job of touching them up and adding all the special effects!

Recent Activities

The boys are keeping busy, starting baseball practice and finishing up another school year.  Only about 11 days left of school!

They both had friends over a few weeks ago and did some fishing.  The boys wanted to line them all up for a photo.

Hunter and his friend did a science project together.  They washed two stained shirts, one in Tide and the other in Xtra to see which detergent was better.  Tide won.

We attended my cousin's wedding.  Tessa, Amy and I are all pregnant and due about the same time!  Amanda is engaged to be married in June 2013 - Yeah!

Everyone enjoyed some dancing.

Aunt Barb talked Beau into dancing with her (for $5!)

Hunter's baseball season has started.  He is playing on a traveling team for the next month and will start regular summer ball the first of June.  These pictures are from his first game, played in Salem, on a chilly, rainy Sunday afternoon.  Hunter had several good hits and pitched a good game too.  He is looking more and more grown up to me every day!
